Entry fee is $400 per foursome and includes the following:
Complete Dinner, Greens Fees, & Golf Cart
Team Prizes: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd places
Individual Prizes (Share if you wish)

Golf fees are $100.00 per golfer, $400.00 per foursome. (Foursomes encouraged and appreciated). The field for this tournament is limited to the first 36 PAID foursomes (144 golfers). Applications accepted until the field is filled.

Completed application with address and telephone numbers for all members of your foursome will be helpful and appreciated. Applications will not be accepted without full payment.  (We expect a large turnout of golfers and request that you return your registration form as soon as possible. Applications will be registered in the order in which they are received.)

RULES OF PLAY:
1. Four players tee off. Metro/Florida style scramble.
2. Select the best ball and all four players hit from that position. Play the ball as close to original position as possible. (No more than one club length, and in same conditions ... if in rough, remain in rough, etc.)
3. The first ball in the hole counts for score. You must complete your tap-in for final score on hole. [no "gimmies"]
4. Tournament and local rules will be announced prior to teeing off.
5. USGA Rules otherwise apply.
6. Any golf related disputes settled by River Bend golf professional.

CONTESTS:
8th Hole - Hole In One - 2005 Buick Lacrosse
14th Hole - Hole in One - $10,000
10th Hole - Accurate/Long Drive - Dozen Balls
All Par 3’s - Closest to Pin - Dozen Balls
Putting contest - 50/50 prize ($1/1 ball, $5/6 balls )
Other contests to be announced.  PLUS: Raffle & auctions, with prizes, gift certificates, tickets, foursomes, etc.

Tee Sponsor - $100.00 - Your company or family name will be displayed prominently at a Tee location, throughout the tournament.

Green Sponsor - $ 50.00 - Your company or family name will be displayed prominently at a Green location, throughout the tournament.

Donations of items suitable to be auctioned/raffled off are always welcomed (Merchandise, Gift Certificates, Tickets to professional sporting events, etc.). Your company or family name will be announced at the time your donated item is Auctioned or Raffled off at the Dinner immediately following the tournament.
In addition to sponsor’s signs on the Tees and Greens around the golf course, all Sponsorships and Donations are gratefully acknowledged at the dinner held immediately following the tournament.
